Kosher recipe: Ranch and Garlic Turkey Burgers

Serves 4 - Prep time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 pound ground turkey 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix (make sure it’s parve) 1 egg 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup A1 steak sauce seasoned salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS 1) Knead together the turkey, ranch mix, egg, garlic, A1 steak sauce, seasoned salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly combined; divide into 4 equal portions and form into patties. 2) Heat a saute pan with oil to coat. Saute the burger patties, cooking them two and a half minutes on each side. Finish cooking the burgers in the oven. Bake them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Note: Add a little flare to your dinner. Prep all the extras. Slice tomatoes, lettuce, red onions, and dill pickles. And if you prefer you can saute mushrooms and onions in the same saute pan which you cooked the burgers in.
