Kosher Recipe: Chicken Balls

Components (14 Balls):
Chicken balls:
500g chicken breast, freshly grounded
1-2 celery leaves, chopped
1 / 2 grated onion
1 / 2 teaspoon salt flat
1 / 2 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
Seasoning:
200g breadcrumbs
Preparation:
Fry the grated onion in skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil until lightly golden, for 3 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients of the chicken balls and chill for two hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and form a ball with your hands 2 cm in diameter, dip every ball with the breadcrumbs, fry and serve hot.
