At such moments I take out the chicken, vegetables and potatoes and make a delicious meal with minimal effort. Yes, a few minutes and you have perfect golden chicken without any extra fat. Delicious golden vegetables and air filled with scents of aromatic herbs.

 

Ingredients:
Whole Divided Chicken or 12 chicken thighs or 6-7 chicken legs without skin
2 onions, sliced ​​into rings
2-3 garlic cloves
1 Cup dry wine
1 teaspoon fresh or dried rosemary
1 Teaspoon dried mixed herbs (not mandatory)
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon soy sauce - optional
Cayenne pepper
Cauliflower -Divided into large flowers
3-4 potatoes, peeled and quartered

 
Preparation:

  • Arrange the chicken and vegetables in a large baking dish and sprinkle seasoning over everything.
  • In a small bowl, prepare Marinade from the wine, salt, pepper and soy sauce and pour over the vegetables and chicken parts.
  • Cover the cooking dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven 400 degrees until vegetables and chicken are golden (about an hour and twenty minutes).
  • Remove the foil and grill for another 10 minutes.

Tip:
For those who like a little sourness, add thin slices of lemon.
