Chocolate & Cheese Marble Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
500g cream cheese (5% fat or more)
1/2 cup sugar
250g dark chocolate
3 eggs
1 Cup self-rising flour
2 bags of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon brandy or rum
2 tablespoons cornstarch
150g soft margarine
Preparation:
- Mix the cheese with 50g of melted butter until mixture is lump-free.
- Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch and one egg and stir the batter until everything is mixed well.
- Melt in the microwave 100g margarine, and add 250g chocolate and melt again.
- Add to the mix 2 eggs, rum or brandy extract, 1 cup self-rising flour and mix well.
- Pour 3/4 of the chocolate mixture into a greased round baking dish, flatten out, pour the cheese mixture over everything and flatten.
- Pour another layer of the remaining chocolate over the cheese and flatten.
- Bake the cake in the oven at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
Notes:
When taking out the cake from the oven allow the cake a few minutes to harden.
Best served at room temperature or heated in the microwave for a few seconds.
