Bad product, worse service

Bencraft sent me a hat that did not match the picture on the website. When I returned the hat for a refund, they refused to refund the $53 that it had cost me to have the hat shipped to me and shipped back to them. I emailed them four times about this; they ignored all of my emails. I telephoned them several times; they told me I had to speak to the owner, who never made himself available to speak to me.
